  Im sorry but i would not recommend squitti's for jewelery repair. I left my grandmother's ring she gave me to be fixed for 3 months being patient to only find out my ring was missing. I kept up with calling at the end of each month to see about the progress. I was told "it takes some time for the stone to come in" (true enough), "yeah it should be ready by tomorrow but we will call you first. That last line was a complete lie because they knew nothing about my ring. There was no organization of paper work to even know if my ring was in the store or sent away. I was blamed being told i have the ticket number so how could they look it up but yet when i called i was asked for the ticket number each time to which i gave them the number. Thankfully the ring was found and was no work done on it. How long would my ring my grandmother gave me have sat there?........ I was not trusting it again and took my ring to another shop and it was fixed in 3 days no exaggeration. Never again
