  Big poutine fan here, so obviously I really enjoyed my visit. If you're on a budget and want to try it, I would recommend going for lunch as they have great lunch specials.

  I loved all the street sign decorations. Not a big fan of the flashing lights and screens on every wall.

  Tonight I was there for a Christmas party, it was ridiculous. Arrived at maybe 6:30, by 8pm I overheard that a waitress walked off shift. Apparently this was the first party they had done of this size. There were maybe about 40 of us. My boyfriend and I were one of the first ones there, probably the last to receive a menu or order (had to ask for the menu, cutlery and for our meals), and it took us three and a half hours to receive our wings. We got drinks we did not ask for, didn’t receive the food we ordered and subsequently forgot about because we waited for so long. Also never got The proper sides we ordered. They were handing out fries and Caesar salad as an apology and to tie us over until our mains arrived.

  In terms of the games, they were not handing out proper amounts of tickets, quite a few were not turned on or not working, and it was just a waste of time and money.

  Ordered via the internet. Food was good and ready for pickup a few minutes ahead of time. I've been there for dine-in too, it's fun but not a good place for a conservation.

  Really lousy service - I’m not blaming anyone in particular but there has been more than one instance of this.

  The food is great and it’s a chill location. I just wish the customer service was as good. I get that the waitress job is not easy but you can’t be rude to customers and expect them to tip you

  Love it there. Service was excellent. Prices are good considering what you get. Will return when I go to Thunder Bay. Congrats for a job well done
