    They offer great service. I email them on Sunday of a long weekend with a concern and got back to me in less than an hour.

    Very disappointed. We special ordered a hot tub and it came in without a $1500 filtration system. Even though it was clearly on the order they wouldn't make good on it so we finally settled for a $500 alternative but when they came and installed it they put in a $150 filter. Very disappointed.
