  I come here frequently and receive great service each time. Good food for a fair price.

  Staff was friendly. Food was fair. Pretty much a standard Swiss Chalet. Close to the box stores and the Intercity Mall. So, its a central location for lunch while shopping.

  I hadn't been here in years. We got some coupons and gave it a go. Holy smoke was I surprised at how delicious the food was. The ribs were as good as any steak house and the chicken was killer.

  Dec. Ordered meals to be delivered from Swiss Chalet Thunder Bay, asking them to put the festive portion of the order on the side. We didn't receive what we paid for...the festive portion of the order was missing. We called, were kept waiting on the phone forever. Finally, we were promised it would all be made right. It's a day later and we still have not received our entire order. Ordered Lemonade.....received Pepsi (YUCK) or tea. Ordered Broccoli, cheese soup in Jan. Soup delivered w/ no cheese. Delivery drivers inconsistent...some have you sign on prepaid orders - others don't. Sick of this place Ordering elsewhere
