  Very disappointed. I ordered the grilled chicken club and fries while my daughter ordered the fish and chips. My daughters plate had one piece of fish on top of a mound of white thin fries and coleslaw that was so monotone that it was difficult to figure out what that was. My grilled chicken was extremely dry and burnt to a crisp as i found out after taking a bite. The quality of food was poor. We were unable to eat our food as it was awful. Then we had to pay. It was disappointing to have to pay for that meal. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

  I was amazed at their ribs, they were probably the best ribs I've had in Thunder Bay. Not only was the food amazing but the customer service was unbelievable! Everyone was helpful and even though it was busy, everyone worked together so you never really had to wait. Shoeless Joe's is turning into my favourite restaurant in Thunder Bay

  Enjoy the food+ pleasant waitresses. Good as long as they keep music down to hearing decibels so we can all hear conversations at the table.

  Was here for lunch while at a meeting at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. They share a parking lot. It is new and very nice inside and outside. I sat at the bar and the bar tender was really great. The Caesar they made for me was spot on. The food was good and the service was fast. They have lots of TV'S to watch the game. I would go back.
