  After i noticed my keys were off the key chain in two piceces no one even told me they were broken i had to say something and the employee still did not own up to the wrong doing even the manager told me that the keys had wear and tear and it was my fault that this happened the key was literally broken off the key chain plastic piece was shattered.Worst customer service I have ever had and then told me I handed it to them broken now I am out a 300 dollar key and they still got my money as long as they are happy clearly the customer does not matter to them be carefull going to this place. If they treat your keys like this I wonder how they treat the cars first time going here and I will never be going back to this establishment! They don't even earn one start wish I could put zero stars extremely disappointed.

  My only complaint was that I couldn't give my tip to the one that deserves it they have to share one side of my car was great the other side should of been redone

  Extremely disappointed! Worst $30 I ever spent in my life. Wanted to try and surprise my Dad and have his truck cleaned. Wow I got surprise alright. Worst cleaning job ever. They didn't even vacuum the vehicle or wipe out the cup holders. Clearly this place is mismanaged and the employees don't care. Would have given 1 star is zero stars was not an option. Avoid this place like the plague.

  Staff were very friendly considering it was my first time there and I was new to their process. The "Exterior Wash" package effectively removed all the visible salt from my F-150. The wash bay where the staff drive your vehicle through and do their work has lots of windows to the waiting area so you can see everything that is going on as they work. Lounge was very comfortable.

  I have been a steady patron of this establishment for the last five years,(usually once a month minimum) with realistic expectations my experience there is generally good...the staff is always kind and cortious, but the last two visits I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of work. I will be talking to the proper person/s and hope to bring my opinion back up...if not, then I just won't give my business there anymore and will be positively negative about Central car wash to everyone I meet... very unhappy today!!
