  I do not know if it's the worst company but I know their customer care is poor. When I was told a plumber would be here; he failed to show and no one contacted me. When I contacted them again several hours later I was dealt with rudely. Some of their plumbers can only be described as surly.

  I had my 30+ year old hot water tank fail, and after a quick call to Robert's I had an appointment booked for the next day. The gentlemen who arrived were friendly and professional, and quickly took care of my problem. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

  This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. I called them because my furnace was blowing cold air. They had to come out three times for the same issue and in the end did not fix the problem. I had to call a different company who finally figured out the issue. Then I received a bill in the mail for over $600.00 for a service that I didn't even receive. I went to the office and the owner was unbelievable. He would not do anything about the bill. I asked him if he would pay for a service that he did not receive. He just yelled at me the entire time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PERSON there is something seriously wrong with his head. I would have given no stars but I had to give at least one otherwise I couldn't have posted this.

  Never shows up when they say they're going to come. Took two and a half months to eventually get round to working on the job assigned. Never phones to let you know if there is a delay or if something comes up.

  Great place. Friendly and speedy with there service. Called at 9am and they were at my house and finished the small repair by 10:30. Would highly recommend them
