  Great Hotel I was coming from Winnipeg and had given staff late notice for check-in. My room was booked in minutes the staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and spacious. Beds are super comfy and the TV is larger than most hotels I have been at. Lots of outlets to plug all your electronics into in your room. Bathroom is very large and clean. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars but the only thing that I can suggest to change are the bathroom doors as when you close them they slam and make a lot of noise in the middle of the night. Also if a fan was installed in the bathroom there wouldn't be any problems with the steam from the shower setting off the fire alarms. Overall I had a great experience and would stay again

  The location is great and close to a lot of restaurants. On the other hand I get cold easily and the room was a little too cold for my liking. Also the curtains do not vlose completely so the room doesn't get fully dark at night. This led to a restless sleep since I usually look forward to the darkness that blackout blinds provide in hotel rooms.

  The best part? They offer two pillows per person on the bed, a thick fluffy one and a thin one. This is my biggest complaint with most hotels. I'm a stomach sleeper and big fluffy pillows kill my neck. Here, the thin pillow was perfect! I woke up well rested every morning. They specifically mention the two types of pillows on a bedside placard. Amazing.

  Great hotel all around. Great modern room that is well laid out. Nice amenities in the room. Nice shower, nice bed, nice big TV with lots of channels. Fast reliable internet with a half dozen USB plugs to charge your phone The breakfast is included and is rock solid too. Staff were super friendly as well.

  Stayed for 3 days recently and was very happy. The hotel is immaculate. Room was very clean, towels and shower supplies were replenished daily. We arrived early from the airport and called to request an early check in and staff were more than happy to accommodate. Breakfast was great, hot and cold options. Fitness centre is very clean and has everything you need. Being located beside the airport you will be surprised that you don't hear the airplanes at all! My only complaint is the road traffic from Arthur street can be a tad noisy so if that bothers you make sure to request a room on the opposite side. I would definitely stay again!!!

  Great hotel, from being picked up with the airport shuttle to arrival, the staff, service, room and amenities were all above average. The breakfast buffet was beyond great, and they even have take out breakfast if you don't got time. Super comfortable bed as well. Definitely making a return trip to this hotel.
