  Super friendly staff, rooms were decent. Keys didn't work the first time but got a new set and a new room. All good. Nice pub across the road.

  We stayed here because we were driving a semi and needed the big parking lot and plug ins for the truck. We weren't told that half the parking lot didn't have any power so the truck died over night. Everyone felt so bad for not telling us about the power. Not only did we get a late check out (4pm) but we got free breakfast and coffee all day because we were outside working on starting the truck. The maintance man Evan took time out of his day to drive my partner around to get things he needed to start the truck, let him use to truck to boost the battery for hours. He was so kind for helping us, everyone should try and be like Evan. Besides the plug ins not working and a crazy amount of kids running around it was a great stay and everyone was super friendly and helpful! I'd glady stay again! (:

  Great hotel, wonderful staff, quiet, clean and comfort rooms, lovely area to walk your dog, delicious room service food - mushroom ravioli and fettuccine alfredo were outstanding, sit down breakfast served by efficient and friendly Mary Ann who sees to your every need, yummy pancakes, affordable.

  Always enjoy our stay at the B/W Norwester. Excellent quiet, clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff always treats us like family. Enclosed restaurant serves an excellent breakfast.

  The front desk staff, the breakfast area staff, and the housekeeping staff all helped us to have a most enjoyable stay. The front desk staff cheerfully offered us with an upgrade option. The dinner and breakfast in the Cliff Hanger Restaurant were both so delicious, and the service was so friendly, helpful and courteous. The quality of the food and service were unsurpassed!
