  My suit came back smelling SO bad - the whole thing smells like some combination of B.O. and cigarettes. I cannot believe how bad it is. I tried to air out the suit and it stunk up my whole apartment, but continued to smell itself even over a week later.

  This business couldn't be worse. Their customer service and the ability to handle their business is atrocious.

  I put a rush on 3 items and was told I could pick up for 2:00pm. My items were not ready, which is understandable and I had to wait an hour. When I asked if they would waive the rush charge, I was told no. Sorry, but because you made no effort to correct your mistake you've lost my business as well as the business of my friends and family, all over a couple dollars. Not a smart choice in terms of customer service and retention.
