  Came here with my mother to get her a Christmas present, as she loves Pandora. There were a lot of people in the store, and the staff were quite busy, but someone attended to us within 2 minutes of our arrival. I have been to Pandora stores all over the Western Hemisphere, and today I had the best service I've ever had in a Pandora store. I even asked the staff member to give me her name. Alisa P. had so much patience with us, gave us her undivided attention and even when my mother changed her mind 3 times, never lost her smile. There was a charm we were looking for, and although she didn't think the store didn't have it, Alisa P spent a lot of time trying to find it. She showed my mother alternatives to items the store didn't carry, found out an item we were purchasing was actually on sale and treated us like royalty. She was so friendly and professional. I would recommend you seek her out if you are going to shop at this Pandora store.

  Bad customer service, did not call me when they said they would for an order, had to go in to the store 3 times to sort out a sizing problem for a ring and they said they will not order me a specific ring size, and that I need to go online to their website if I want that certain size. Also, if the ring size that I order did not fit, they told me I could not return it to the store. Some of the workers did not know when they would be getting more shipments and they basically pushed my problem to their manager so they did not have to deal with me. Will not be shopping there again!
