  Called Mon. Morning, 9:15am to make appt for my Mom. Spent 3+ hours trying to get thru, waiting on line, following prompts, discovering Moms Dr.'s ext # is incorrect as listed on website. Answering system is very antiquated, as I encountered many other issues I won't bother going into. Finally got to speak to a human at 1:20.. I am a very patient person, and send huge praises to the folks manning the phones and front desks. The verbal abuse they must get on a regular basis, mustn't make for a pleasant work environment, nor healthy organizational culture.

  I recently retired, as a facilities mgr of a 50000 sqft facility in Kenora. There are some serious issues that should and need be addressed by mgt. one, being their telephone system. (Which , after sharing some of my issues I had, was told by staff... they "have been telling mgt since July, but have been told Telus told mgt that it was being worked on." I call BS as for what they'd be paying for their com system, they'd see this remedied immediately. 2nd issue - snow removal, and safety of their parking lot. 3rd observation - cleanliness, and overall visual mtc of interior. (Walls, floors, dirty, marked, tired....). And lastly.... wait times. We came at 11:30 for walk in....which was full. Came back to register @ 12:30..... its 2:30.... and we wait..... I will be avoiding this clinic, but I'm sure losing 'one customer' won't much matter.

  Waiting time too long for walk in clinic. Almost three hours. The doctor and nurses are great.

  This place is a joke, the admins are not helpful at all get some real staff, who actually answer the phones and do such promptly

  Rated 1 star because 0 was not an option. They have a walk in clinic that does not take walk ins. I was a patient here for 35 years, and my family doctor quit with no notice. I went to visit the walk in because I was injured at the job site and they said I could not be seen at this clinic as my doctor quit. I was never given a new doctor. I also had to pay for parking here after not even beeing seen. The lady was uncaring and unsympathetic. She told me they are losing two more doctors shortly and they cannot get anyone else. They seemed very hopeless. She gave me a map to other clinics which was out of date. I visited two of the clinics on the map that were not even clinics anymore. I pay my taxes to fund placesike this, yet they will not even give me the time of day. This is a place that only select people can be seen at. They should just shut it down and condem the building.

  I love my doctor here. He is always on time or early which I appreciate when having to hold a squirmy toddler. The counter staff are good for the most part. One time I had to wait here for 3 hours for the walk-in clinic....but just today I got in immediately. I guess it depends when you go. I know we generally don't go here unless we are sick or hurt, but we can catch more flies with honey than vinegar...that goes for both sides of the counter. ;)
