    Went into store and was given trial promo stuff. Went back to buy the product and mistakenly got wrong product. Went back to return and horrible new muscle head at the counter gives me the "no receipt no return bull." Tells me to read the board, with no regard to customer service at all. Right then I was about to be buying 100 bucks worth of stuff. Needless to say with the horrible service, I shelved what was about to buy. He said so be it. Didn't even care. $40 return and bad, bad service cost them hundreds in future sales. Stay away folks.....their focus is on money.

    Great place to purchase your supplements from. If you have questions, the staff can and will take the time to answer them for you. As for the person complaining about the lack of customer service on a return with no receipt, in Ontario, there is no law for returns, so it is up to the individual store to have set policies. If you didn't have a receipt with you, then that is your fault, not the stores.
