  Ordered a freezer that was to be in 2 weeks from order date. They charged my credit card on the day I ordered it. When I called on the date the freezer was to be in I was told that particular freezer would not be available for maybe 6 weeks and even that was not a guarantee. Told manager they should not advertise products they do not actually have. I asked for a refund to go shop elsewhere, and they had the nerve to say they don't usually give refunds. Will never shop there again

  Kitchen chair leg snapped clean off less than a year after we bought the set. Brick told us too bad, we should have gotten the extended warranty. Unbelievable shoddy product.

  They don't Honor any sales and the staff never approached me every time I've been there, I had to go to customer service. Worst place to buy.

  Prices were better than competitors, Frank was very informative about the washing machines we were looking at without being pushy. Really appreciated that!

  I just started working here and the sales department are very helpful and informative of products. Customer service is fantastic, warehouse is fast with pickups and gentle with incoming and outgoing packages.
