  Friendly staff. Salesman was not hovering or pushy. He had a great sense of when we might have a question and just casually showed up at the right times.

  Good prices, great furniture the part I liked the best was nothing getting swarmed by pushy sales people. We asked 3-4 times if we needed help. We answered we're still looking, and that was it. No pushy by this or what are you looking for.......blah blah blah. We found what we had liked online and we were just making sure we liked it irl (in real life). We went home and ordered it online. It was delivered 4 days later. Fantastic time and we love our new couch. It was my first time in Leon's and would recommend this store to everyone. ( I have been to the other furniture store and couldn't find what I wanted even with the pushy staff that followed us everywhere trying to get involved with our conversation: no stars for them)

  Wen delivered, ther were damages, to the nite stands ther was like 20 holes to hold the bed to the head board, scratches no no, like really! I was unsatisfied, disappointed

  What ever was shipped n wasnt wat i got, 3 peace leather couch set, was the floor demo from tb store, my bf distinctively noticed a markin on the couch and noticed the same markin wen delivered, coffee end tables damaged wit cracks and scratches, back part of tv wall unit damaged cracked severly,

  i called customer service sent pictures, left messages my calls were not returned, but kept calling till i spoke with an individual lol goodnes i was so frustrated, it was like a game, also the rudeness of one of the managers as she hung up on me. Unprofessional Wow.

  After a month or so of contactin leons, 3 wks later ther had there delivery truck come get the bedroom suite, the guys left a few large items behind. It wouldntook them a month to come bck So i drove 3 hrs bck to tb to drop off the rest of the bedroom suite.

  I moved from ont to sk and playin phone tag between leons TB and regina, gettin no where I called. The BBB, SMALLS claims court, I finally got my money back for the bdrm suite, after how long. Nd Took the rest as a loss, the damaged stuff sit n my basement.

  With that amount of money spent. I expected good new quality furniture. Not. My coffee and end tables were never replaced, the back piece of the tv wall unit was the only thing replaced, and still it was damaged. I gave up i took theb10 g as a loss. From having been told theyd return my 5g for the bedroom suite as a check which would b mailed out of head office in toronto, to a instore credit only, lol
