  I came in on a Sunday to purchase a new stove and didn't expect to get the excellent service I received. The salesperson was attentive but not pushy and gave me space but great answers when I needed help. There was a huge range of stoves to choose one and I love my new stove!

  We have needed a new mattress for some time and were completely overwhelmed by the choices. We had examined them online, along with the reviews, much reading and even more confusion. Luck landed us at Dufresne Furniture and we had the good fortune to meet Jason Komoski. He was very knowledgeable, walked us through what we needed to know and led us to what should be the correct choice in a mattress and box spring for our needs. It was a lot easier than we thought it would be and we really appreciate that. Thanks to Jason.

  TERRIBLE! If you want timely deliveries, good customer service, support for your purchases and easy answers to questions you have about orders, this is NOT the place. We bought over $10000, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, PAID IN FULL, of furniture from this store, and still we can't get a box spring replaced without a hole. Most of the furniture that we actually wanted, that was promised to us within the normal few week time frames, back in late August, still has not arrived, 4 months later in December. Any "deals" we got from the time frame in which we purchased are pretty much available to anyone else at other times, and all the furniture we did purchase, we bought under the assumption we would actually receive the furniture that we actually wanted. If this is how they treat people that make large purchases, expect that they will treat you even worse of you are not purchasing that much. Never shop here, ever. Much better experience at Reid's. On a positive note, we did get one chair we actually liked. But it was still over priced.
