  We live in the U.S.A and my wife's family reside in Thunder Bay so finding a reliable and quality florist has been of primary importance for us. We have been ordering from the good folks at Vaillant for years and we've NEVER been disappointed! We have occasionally called pretty last minute and they've always worked magic for us and delivered things on time for mom & dad. We believe that kindness and love is translated into the work people do and every arrangement that they have assembled for our family has been radiant with beauty and quality. When we send wishes or thoughts to aging, home-bound parents, it's important that we know our love is reflected in the flowers we send. With Vaillant, we have that assurance and we are deeply grateful to Judy and everyone there!

  I see my review about the poor service we received from your shop in May has been deleted! Well, here's an update: my sister got the bill from your shop which supposedly included a free upgrade to compensate for your mishandling of this order and the delivery of a heavily damaged plant... $73.45 for an Anthurium and not even in a nice pot...just a cheap plastic one. The first one, which we returned, was in a pretty ceramic pot. Was just going to let it go already until she told me about the outrageous charge. Next time we'll go to metro...they had lovely Anthuriums for $20. Undamaged. Continuing to be an unsatisfied customer.

  I've made several orders from valliant and they never disappoint. The arrangements are always beautiful and such great quality. Living far from my family in Thunder Bay this floral shop is always my go to!

  I live 1460 km from the recipient of the floral arrangement. It was so easy to order it, and they received it in less than 4 hours. They sent a picture and the arrangement was as nice as the picture on the website.
