  Exceptional Service. I am in Town on Business and my Rogers Phone stopped working. Went to Best BUY and was told that these guys were the best in Town and they are!

  Quick and quality service. Took my iphone in to get shattered screen replaced and it was done in 1/2 an hour and they even charged my phone as much as they could before I picked it up :)

  They can replace most popular phone batteries while you wait for a reasonable price. I usually change my own but currently have one of those all glass ones so I wanted someone who does it regularly to do it. I am very particular and looked it over and it is perfect.

  Very fast and reliable service. They were actually a bit busy when I went in and apologized because I would have to wait an hour two have things fixed. I saw them fix a simple thing that just required slightly more than turning the phone on and off and not charge the customer so I think that they are trustworthy which means a lot.

  I have been in Customer service for 35 years so when I went in I listened to how Matt handle the customers problem before me. Everything done right, included telling the customer up front, that he they could not fix it there would be a small service charge for diagnostic. No Surprises! Hay, they have to charge something for their time to stay in business. Place was neat and clean, with a big display of phone accessories.

  Great place. A bit hard to locate, but well worth the adventure. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Lots of services and products to offer. A must return. Great prices.

  Because I am writing this review on Jan 8 2018 all of the cellphone stores are currently trying to train people to change cell phone batteries because Apple will do it for $30 because it is what is wrong with your phone. I'm pretty sure that they can't match that price, although rumors suggest that Apple MAY allow people to be reimbursed, but they can do it better for a reasonable price and, for now, almost immediately so I would certainly consider having them do it if it is really causing you problems because you will be waiting a long time for TBay tel to do it

  They also sell really good Arnu boxes and can fix them quickly if you get fancy downloading software and cause them to stop working
