  I just purchased a 32" smart T.V. and wall mount for my parents, I was helped in the home theatre area by Scott. He is probably the nicest guy that I've dealt with at any business in many years, he is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He made my mother "whom is NOT tech savy" feel at ease and confident about our purchase, and willing to learn how to use the new remote control which I consider to be a feat of strength. Props to Scott!, I'd recommend seeking him out if you're in need of help buying a new T.V. :)

  Great sales people in the mobile department for sure. Been deeling with them since future shop left. Always informative and great with customers. The are great with cranky kids as well. Good prices and they price match even from Amazon.ca.

  I just hung up the phone with Nicole a sales rep in the Tbay store and she was amazing. I purchased an Ipad from my RBC rewards and I'm in Vancouver BC. I tried the in-store "pick up option" to save 2 weeks shipment and you cannot get anything in the entire province of BC for "In Store Pick Up". So.... I tried Ontario as I'm passing through Thunder bay on my home for Christmas and yeah they have 2 of them. What impressed me is that when you call Best Buy Thunder Bay someone actually answers the phone (try that in Richmond BC). Anyway, so happy and Nicole was so friendly and competent. Not sure why this store has a low star rating as you definitely will not get this level of CS in the City. Just ask for Nicole and you should be all good!

  Lots of helpful staff and competitive prices. My last visit the store did not have an advertised item that their website said was available and the cashier was very unpleasant, but that's not the norm.

  This is another "must stop to shop" store whenever I travel to Thunder Bay. The products available are good. The staff I've dealt with tried hard.
