    BUNCH OF IDIOTS.....DO NOT EVER ASKED DR.LAI TO FILLOUT PAPERWORK FOR YOU TO GO BACK TO WORK....YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE 65 AND READY TO RETIRE....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.PAID WAY TO MUCH...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR SALARY...NOT THE PATIENTS.

    Doctors are always late! A FEW times I've arrived HALF AN HOUR before my doctor did. Don't book me an appointment if my doctor doesn't even come into work until later!(??) Overall, not a professional business.

    Dr. Billingsley was kind, sensitive and thorough. As with most clinics there is some waiting involved but overall they were great.

    Missed my appointment and had it rescheduled two months later because they advertise being open 9AM - 5PM, but only start answering their phones at 10AM. Also I never got a confirmation call.
