    Chris and the team at Faded Soul went out of their way to help me get the coat I wanted. Chris was exceptionally friendly and polite in his emails, and was very quick to respond. Unfortunately didn't have my first choice of color in stock, but they went straight to the supplier to get one for me, and went the extra mile to make sure I got it before Christmas in spite of the fact that I only ordered on the afternoon of the 19th. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

    I was looking for a difficult to find Moose Knuckle jacket. Couldn't find the color i wanted in my size. Found Faded Soul who only had my second choice available on line. I emailed the company and got a reply by the next morning. Chris was super helpful and helped me figure out the right size for the jacket, then, without me asking, let me know he had already put in a request and started looking for the color i wanted even though it was not listed as in stock on the site. We had a couple of exchanges prior to ordering and each response (all very quick) had a nice personal touch. Even had a first time user coupon that worked on a brand coat that almost NEVER allows discounts to be applied! Great company! Great Customer service! and i had the coat in 2 days! Don't hesitate ordering from this company. All around great experience!

    Update 12/26 I noticed a reply, in response to their reply : I haven't done business with these guys since the last time, since I wouldn't give them my business again. I called into the call centre, to be told one thing only to be told something else over email. Then talked down to and interrupted repeatedly. And was told I have too much time on my hands. I don't know what "refined customer service" means, but talking down and interrupting customers is bad. Telling a customer "I'm sorry you can't comprehend" is bad. Gees. I'm okay with paying more, if I don't have to deal with that sort of BS in the future.

    Ordered my jacket from these guys and got it WAY faster then they originally quoted. Also their email support answered my size question and the jacket fits as good as they explained. Would DEFINITELY shop again!

    I stumbled onto faded soul’s website while browsing for a winter jacket. Living across the country I was unsure what to expect. I ordered an expensive item, I received great customer via email and over the phone, and I received my order much sooner than I expected. Would recommend and would purchase from again.

    I wrote a google review previously, i guess it was taken down November 2016 . I agree with the other reviewer, their customer service is above and beyond horrible.
