  Terrible customer service. Was charged the highest package when I just wanted the under coating done. Then said I said that to him on the phone when I didn't even call there. I ended up paying but safe to say my family and I won't be going there ever again.

  I brought my 2004 F150 in to get oil sprayed yesterday. I made an appointment over the phone, it was fairly busy when I got there. The lady working at the desk was very nice and friendly to everyone. I was told it would be an hour and 15 minutes... it took an extra 15 minutes but I was VERY happy with the results. My truck is lifted 6 inches so i could also see that being a factor. I didn't expect them to clean my entire truck since I was only getting an oil spray, but they cleaned it from top to bottom. It was actually my first time seeing the truck clean since I bought it 3 months ago so I really appreciated it. I also appreciate that they parked it the farthest away from everyone else's and backed it in (I don't like my vehicles around others in the winter). I can tell they took good care of her for that hour and a half. GREAT customer service.. I would definitely go back. Next year I'll be getting the paint protection as well as the oil spray. Thanks so much :)

  When I went back So they could look at the issue the owner was very rude and condescending. I was told to come by so they could look at it..now he looks at me like I am a pain in his ass.
