  No one go to this dealership, nothing but crooks and lazy sales associates! Never deal with these guys again. They pick who they want to be friendly and courteous to, I'm a native guy who had cash down but got treated like a nobody.

  My daughter was very pleased with the car although it needed to be returned the next day as the steering was pulling to the right. The General Manager (Doug Boardman) stepped in and assured me that this would be looked after immediately and the car checked out thoroughly to ensure it was safe. This was done and Alexi followed up and offered to drop the car off at my daughter’s place of business. Now that’s what I call sales and service.

  My daughter needed a car asap so my wife and I continued our search by stopping at iCar. We were welcomed right away (no waiting like some other dealerships) offered water or coffee and introduced to Alexis Schmidt who helped us find a car in my daughter’s price range, got the car for us to see and drive and was very patient with us as our daughter had to work and try to arrange a time to go over finances and see the car.

  Gene and Jake provided tons of value for when I was looking for a truck alot better than other deals in a walking radius. I did not go through with it but they did everything they could to give me a good value product. The best part was when I decided to not go with it I didn't get harassed with calls about "the advertising department wanting to know where the money they spent went" just to Try and push a sale. I did get calls with them offering VALUE, Would recommend highly.

  My husband and I have been dealing with I Car for years now and we have been treated like family. Jake and Amanda help us with our car. And we couldn't be happier. They are very friendly and willing to help in anyway.

  My wife and I flew into Thunder Bay from Toronto to help our daughter and get her another car as her’s had been totalled in an accident. We were not familiar with any of the car dealerships so I made a few calls and got a couple of sales people recommendations from people in Thunder Bay. We visited those sales people first and although neither of them could help us one of them did recommend iCar (Select iCar). The next morning at breakfast we asked our server if she had any recommendations and without even hesitating said a lot of people go to the iCar dealership.
