  I was on a long distance trip and had a major problem with my beloved 2001 TDI Jetta. I stopped in first thing in the morning, explained that I was passing through on a road trip, and they cleared space and put my car in the shop right away even though they were fully booked. They got me back on the road quickly and were genuinely happy to have helped me out. Service manager and mechanic could not have been more friendly or helpful. Thank you guys so much!

  I had both of my out-of-province VW's inspected at this dealership and they have treated me with respect and courtesy, even though I did not purchase either vehicle from them! They really raise the bar for customer service in Thunder Bay!!

  I have been dealing with Downtown VW from the time of the current owners until today. I had previously dealt with the other OEM dealerships in town, but none can compare to the friendly, professional sales and services received at Downtown VW. The dealer principal is always available and friendly to all. A wonderful pleasure each and every visit.

  They always pride themselves on possibly the best customer service in town and it shows. I've never personally had a bad experience here and the staff are always super friendly however thankfully, not super pushy like other dealers in town.
