  Very flawed business, business owner and e-commerce website. We put in a different shipping address from the billing and it still said it was going to the billing address. We immediately wrote the store to say there was an error and he replied 'you only entered the one address and thanks for your business' Robert the owner did not see if there was any resolution like...getting the correct shipping address. Then we asked if he could just cancel the order. No response. Then we called the chamber of commerce in Thunder Bay and a woman there was kind enough to call him even though he's not a member. She told us he would cancel the order but we didn't give him time to respond. I told her he had responded 30 minutes ago with no resolution only a smug response. Avoid this shop.

  Ordered online. Inquired after a week and a half, then they cancel my order without discussing with me. I guess if you ask about your order they cancel it. I was not happy so emailed him back and his response was that i was too impatient to wait so he cancelled. All i did was inquire about something i purchased online and did not say i could not wait, he didn't give me that option. Terrible customer service would not recommend. I would give zero stars if i could.

  i ordered 3 comics from their website and still havent received them 2-3 weeks after. they also wont answer my emails

  The owner was rude. I'm from out of town, went to shop and right away he states stop looking in those bins they are not priced yet. The bins are everywhere in front of all the comics to look through. I left and said he's not seeing a penny from me. Learn how to speak to people if your going to run a shop. Id give him zero stars if i could.
