Some of the best stylists in Canada.

I went back the next day for a refund because I was so angry and upset and they refunded me with no hesitation. The staff was kind but this is inexcusable.

The best hair experience I've ever had! I came to Dennis with a previous colour job gone wrong, hoping they could fix it. It came out so much better than I had expected! The salon is beautiful, spacious, and clean and the staff are very professional. They'll make you a cappuccino while the dye sets in, everything about the place is so relaxing. Results were incredible and the price was better than the colour job gone wrong :) Definitely a place I'll recommend

I ended up leaving the salon with a hair cut that I hate, a ruined donation, and $70 less in my pocket.

Nice people there and a good place to go if you want a nice hair cut. Mike did it right.

I went in to cut 10 inches of hair to donate to locks of love and to get bangs. I did not get my bangs cut they way I wanted. I had many pictures of the bangs that I wanted.. Side bangs like Emma stones when she was blonde. I left looking more like Garth from Wayne's world than Emma stone.

I absolutely hate my hair. I told him at the beginning that I am nervous with new hair dressers. The consultation went fast and I felt as though he did not really listen to me at all. I asked for my roots to be fixed, then maybe some low lights. Somehow during communication he took it has just to have highlights to fix the roots. He brought up the words lines, which I thought he was talking about the lines that you see on people who get the streaks. Apparently he meant it as he was just going to fix my roots with highlights. As he was drying out my hair and talking about it, he was actually trying to blame me. Well I thought you new what I was doing when you saw it. How would I know; am I a hair dresser? Of course at the end he was very apologetic, and offered to fix it for free (which I will admit was nice). However, he sat there and argued with me and every time I said something he would cut me off. I don't care how long you have been a hair dresser for (and I'm sure in most cases he knows what he is doing), but if you cannot listen to your customer, then there is a problem. I have never had a communication problem like that with a hairdresser. Maybe you should spend more time talking to the customer instead of your buddies on the job. Then he tried saying it was the same colour as before, just looks different with the highlights. Considering I came home and not only did everyone say it looked nothing like the colour before, they comment on how dark the colour was. Which was exactly what I said I didn't want at the beginning. I will never be going back to the location. I appreciate the guy offering to fix it, but too late.

I was also sent home with a soaking wet ponytail in a bag to donate. Locks of love only accepts completely dry hair and through the process of blow drying the cut hair, most of the donation was ruined. I feel that the salon should have known this and cut my hair while it was dry but that was not the case. I had been grown out my long healthy virgin hair for years so that I could donate it and it was all for nothing.
