    Joe does a great job. When I moved here last year I tried another salon which gave me a horrible haircut. My partner suggested Joe and I've been going ever since.

    Poor customer service specifically Julia after expressing was not happy with my hair and thought okay I'll re book. Rebooked for July the day before she cancels and messages me she was going to book me with someone else and felt defeated. A professional hairdresser would have offered to fix the problem or refunded the money! Neither occurred and I have never had this happen . Spent my entire teen and most of my adult hair appointments with o e hairdresser until he moved away. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed!
