  If you have seen the show "Borderline" on Netflix, you'll have a good chuckle, as some of the same characters can be found when you go through the Thunder Bay airport security.

  Fast and courteous staff. I was there while the Toronto airport was under construction and flights were consistently delayed and the staff were great to deal with during this tough time.

  No plugs were working in the lounge after you go through security. And no options for drinks or food except for an express Tim Hortons booth that was not opened. Could not find anyone to around to help with the issues.

  Air Canada lost our luggage, had absolutely no one around to help the 20 or so people who lost their luggage, but the parking cops, everywhere, just being complete d***s for waiting just a minute for my gf as she was waiting for the luggage people. They wanted me to pay for parking as we waited. Huge money grab. And have never met staff with worse attitudes, no one cared about the missing luggage. Worst airport I have been to

  As a person who requires consideration into what I eat Id like to say the availability of two unhealthy food options really stinks- Pizza Pizza and Tim Hortons- come on!! All salt and carbs. And yes I did bring a snack (thank God) Drink dispensers = one has no water left and the other doesnt work! Six hour lay over for flight out and not a single place to relax- how about some sofas and upholstered chairs?! How about a television? Really poor and no effort.
