  These amazing ladies rescued my puppy from a horrible groom this week end on very short notice, and I am so extremely grateful. I have been to a few of the local groomers, and been terribly disappointed by the lack of skill, the finished groom, as well as the service. My puppy always came home with nicks or bad razor burn, and a shabby look. The ladies at Pet Smart are not only skilled, certified groomers who are able to comprehend the needs of the client, but they are also kind, pleasant and professional. My only regret has been going elsewhere, I have learned an expensive and painful lesson . The groomers at Pet Smart put me and my puppy at ease and are confident, competent, and can be truly relied on.

  Every time I go into PetSmart, I am greeted with respect and kindness. The staff are always happy to help me when I need it. I have never once had any type of problem with any of the staff at PetSmart. Other establishments should have staff members like that. I give PetSmart 5 Stars...

  Great service. But they are constantly having stocking problems with the canned cat food that is exclusively through them . Duper frustrating. ..
