  I have a medical condition that needs to be treated, Why did you not offer any help?? Glad you had time to respond to this so quickly but can not offer any guidance on how to get a perscription or any help at all? I am just left to suffer! You call yourselves medical professionals, you should be ashamed.

  Terrible experience here today. I am in sever pain and thought I'd stop in and see if they could help with the pain and the sickness I get from my prescriptions. The woman at the front confronted me telling me they "Do not sell weed here, it is illegal!" (I'm assuming because of my younger appearance she assumed I was looking for recreational marijwana, not sure what the hostility was about) Grilling me on the laws, when as a patient I am only looking for the only thing that can aid me through this very painful time. They were extremely rude, I hope compassion clinics become legal very soon as they are some of the more compassionate people I have ever met and doing what is right for the ill. At least Some compassion would be nice and professional, dear bodystream. Educate yourselves. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE:

  I am handicapped and use a walker. I went to Bodystream and had difficulty finding a place to park. I finally found a place, got my walker out of my car and made it to the building only to find they are not handicapped accessible-there were 3 difficult steps. When I got to the door, I found it was a "manual" door and could not manage it. Two patients happened to come out and they helped me in. Then I discovered that Bodystream was on the next floor up and there was no elevator. However, someone came down and said they would bring a computer down. After a bit of a wait they escorted me to a very small room-I had difficulty manouvering with my walker. Also, at this point I discovered the doctor wasn't even in Thunder Bay. We would be videoconferencing. After about 45 min of trying to get the connection going, they finally gave up and we just used the audio. At this point the doctor told me they could not give me marijuana because I had atrial fibrillation. I was in extreme pain at this point and asked why they couldn't have told me this over the phone rather than my coming all the way there. I did not get an answer. I left at that point-no one offered to help me out-again, a couple of patients helped me. I will not deal with these people again, and I would not recommend them.

  Gentle reminders by phone and email to ensure I don't miss an appointment and all documents are done. Makes for a quick and timely appointment in person. Staff in the office have always been kind and helpful towards me and also other clients there at the same time. Doctor is informative and responsive. Pleased the service is available.

  12 bucks a gram for every gram... 1 through 1000. No price breaks. AND they charge you the tax on top of their rediculuosly high prices. And that's if ANY is in Stock.

  I had an appointment yesterday with a specialist. They were more than kind when it came to helping with the process of getting me connected with the right dispensary aswell as answering questions. Very nice staff.
