  Had an install a few years ago but they seem to not be interested in my business anymore. Lady who answers the phone is quite blunt, not helpful, doesn't listen and it seems like I'm bothering her for business.

  Called to book an appointment for our broken a/c on the recomendation of a friend who said they have good service and prices. The lady who answered gave some trouble shooting tips and one of them worked! She was super helpful and I will definatley be using Adduono's for any future issues.

  Requested a furnace check up and service, waited about a month and no response, called again, said I was still on the list, said too busy installing new furnaces. I stated they were the ones who installed the furnace, she said she would get to me when they could. I asked if they were interested in the business, repeated would get to me when they could. Said it was a month already, and should be able to give me a time frame, said could not. Very rude reception, would not do business with them, customer service after install in nill.

  Fast, courteous and friendly! The quote I was given was very reasonable. The receptionist who answers the phone and sets up the appointment was friendly as well. This is the second time I have dealt with Adduono's. This was a major gas appliance install. I had a fellow do some custom sheet metal (I am not sure of his name, but I will call him Mr Adduono Sr) last spring when I redid my sauna stove. The work was done exactly to spec, and the price was very reasonable as well! I highly recommend this company!

  Needed an air conditioner and furnace replaced. Adduono's had them installed and working great within 3 days. Great customer service and very knowledgable.
