  I was very pleased with the service I received from Jim McCullough. I was having a lot of difficulties and had requirements that needed to be met in a very short period of time. He also tried his very best to give us the best deal from the landlord, even though we were so short for time and funds. I would definitely deal with Jim again.

  Jim was a fantastic realtor when we were looking for our first house. He used his previous experience as a contractor to point out issues and let us know which ones were costly and which were negligible. I look forward to working with Jim again when we look for our next house!

  I've had the pleasure of dealing with Jim as a customer of my business. As busy as he is, he still finds the time to educate me and offer me advice regarding real estate. I regret the fact that I did not know Jim prior to my first real estate purchase, but will definitely be using D.S McCullough Realty LTD. when I purchase my next property. It is rare to see an individual put such time and effort into educating someone without a chance of commission.
