Dr. Puksa and his team came highly recommended to me and I must pass this recommendation along! Excellent administrative staff, wonderful hygienists and Dr Puksa is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything and go over all of the options out there for dental work. I cracked my tooth and Dr Puksa was able to get me in quickly for an appointment. My husband and two children age 3 & 1 years old are all patients there as well. My husband has had a phobia of dental work since childhood and they accommodated for him well. My 3 year old daughter had to have cavities filled and he explained everything to me and made it a painless process for her. When my daughter fell off her bike and hit her front teeth, Dr Puksa got her in quickly for X-rays to make sure nothing was damaged. She loved going there! My 1 year old had a lip & tongue tie done and that procedure went smoothly. We are leaving town and are very sad to be losing this wonderful dental team! Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Puksa removed our 3 week old daughters lip and tongue tie. Although the procedure is scary for both the parents and infant the outcome is well worth the small about of pain. Our daughter was able to latch amazingly right after the procedure and breast feeding changed forever. Without the procedure we would have not been able to continue breast feeding as it was too painful for me. Although everyone is different our daughter healed fast and was her normal self after she calmed down from having the procedure done (we gave her children's Tylenol for 48hrs post procedure as advised by a pharmacist)

I'm so disappointed I can't even sleep tonight. I feel bad because I didn't see this coming. To start, I think we will agree that it's a general expectation that when you make an appointment to clean your teeth, you should have at least one tooth cleaned, right? No, It wasn't the case with this visit. I had my teeth analyzed tooth by tooth and that was just about it. TBH, I don't need to know all the stats about my teeth. If it's a cleaning appointment, I least expect the dentist to get in there with a mop and leave them pearly whites sparkling. First the X-ray process was unpleasant. Gave me cuts inside my mouth. Didn't care, well now I do. Then came the small talk. Then the argument that I grind my teeth even though I had told him numerous times that I don't. (I guess that's a way to buy time so later he can tell you that you need another appointment to do the cleaning and this was just a chit-chat session.) Plus the guy was rude to his assistant (none of my business, but Seriously?) I don't think it's fair that, Just to make a meal out of my visit the need to split my appointment into two had to arise. That's fraudulent behaviour, total rip off, more especially when I did not keep a secret the intention of my visit. And was even told it'd take 2 hours to have teeth cleaned, so I should come in 15 minutes early for paperwork. Honestly I would have paid the extra $180 just so my time was not wasted. Today this dentist and his organization served their own interests, and me? I don't think they even remember I was there. That one star is only just for me to be able to express this disappointment, otherwise zero.

Dr. Puksa has been my Dentist for 9 years and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never have to wait long in the waiting room and the staff are very friendly. He is also great with my kids. They love going to see the Dentist now
