  However, i was exceptionally disappointed to find glass all over the floor, in the console and in the seats. Maybe this is an additional service i was supposed to ask for???

  Great experience! The Ford dealership told me to go see them and I'm very glad we did. The only complaint I had was the free loner car they gave me was a bit dirty on the outside. But friendly staff and they took the time to explain how the windshield is a structural piece of the vehicle and how the air bags depend on a proper installed windshield to deploy properly. Very knowledgeable and professional.
