  One of the employees, Veronica was extremely helpful and kind. Manager on the other hand needs to take a customer service course! Absolutely horrified with the way I was treated when I needed to return a product due to an extreme allergic reaction to one of their creams! Bought the cream the day before (40$ at that) and after doing a test swab of the product, my hands blistered for 4 hours. Spoke to the manager and explained my reaction and she simply told me that I could regift the cream but refused to offer any sort of refund or exchange. If you cant stand by your products you should go into another field. Absolutely disgusted with the way management handled this situation.

  I saw a man waiting patiently to get his hair cut and when he asked he was told we can't have this complaining ..so he took off...I was behind him in schedule...I didnt get a hair cut here..I went to another salon. .I won't be going here anymore until that young brown haired young Caucasian girl is not there anymore...she should of cut that gentleman's hair..instead she did another man's hair...and also they didn't even call my name. ..instead hope she gets fired...we need compassionate and respectful workers...adios!
